All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription orders are billed automatically on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Carmela Beauty to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Cancellations are subject to our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. Cancellations requested within the first billing cycle are subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is $3.00 for single-bottle orders. Free shipping applies to orders of 2 or more bottles. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Carmela Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are subject to our Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery to support@carmelabeauty.store.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Carmela Beauty and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Carmela Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
