Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Carmela Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.
